About EduToolGuru

Although EduToolGuru is our name, we don't see ourselves as a gurus🧘‍♀️, we see ourselves as connectors. 🪢Every EduGuru team member is someone trying their best to live a good life, if you're reading this right now, you are probably trying to do that as well.👏

In reality, we are all students AND our own gurus. 🪞 We on the EduGuru Team are working to connect people to resources that can help them apply principles and sustainable strategies to live a life that brings them joy. We want to help people feel happy in their day-to-day life, an overall fulfillment about the ups ⬆️and downs ⬇️they're facing.

Although we strive to compile and create resources that anyone, at any stage of life can benefit from, they are not a one-size-fits-all. We have reviewed what seems like an endless amount of material and only share resources and material that we feel will be objectively helpful. 👍

We are aware that people learn differently, and diligently look for resources that can help anyone looking to learn. (We've got your back🫂) We are passionate learners, friends, family, and professionals. We make a lot of mistakes and are always looking for ways to improve our site content, let us know if you have a resource you think could help others, or if there is a topic you'd like a resource on! 📚

Meet The Founder

Hi, my name is Marshall.👋 I started EduToolGuru to connect people to helpful resources, mainly because I've been through a lot of shit and i know i'm not the only one.

I know everybody has heavy elements of life, experiences that makes you fall to your knees from grief or pain. I want to help people get through those heavy experiences, and the mundane parts of life.

Here's some of the shit i've been through:

The summer before my freshman year of high school my older brother passed away, a year later I was diagnosed with a rare neuromuscular auto-immune condition called myasthenia-gravis. Struggling with the pain of losing a loved one and a condition that drastically changed the trajectory of my life was not easy, to say the least.

I was lucky enough to have a loving support system, but I had no idea how to process the experiences I was facing. I pushed everything down and ignored it. (Definitely not the best long-term plan. If you've done that, you know it comes back up sooner or later.)

Thankfully, I've learned helpful strategies to cope with the mundane and difficult parts of life. I can confidently say that I'm thriving and dealing with my own shit, even though life seems to through more of it all the time.

I hope EduToolGuru's resources help you with your heavy moments, like they've helped with mine. Thanks for reading!

Wishing you well✨ - Marshall
